Flare Pay Ltd doing business as Flare ("Flare," "we," "us," and "our") provides the ability for our customers (a "Merchant") to let their customers (a "Buyer") select delivery dates. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by us, including on our websites, and other online or offline offerings. To make this Privacy Policy easier to read, our websites and other offerings are collectively called "Services".

An Important Note: This Privacy Policy does not apply to any of the personal information that our Merchants may process about their Buyers using Flare's products and services ("Merchant Data"). Our Merchants' respective privacy policies govern the collection and use of Merchant Data.

When you install the App, we are able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account including:

  • Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, store URL and billing information
