How to Set It Up in Flare

1. Enable order tagging in Flare settings

   • Choose between delivery date, ship date, or both

   • Define tag format (e.g. Delivery-2025-08-07)

     
     

2. Tags appear automatically in Shopify

   • Use filters by tag in Shopify's Orders tab

   • Use Flare's shipping calendar to filter, view and manage orders by each delivery or ship date

   • Export tagged orders to CSV

     
     

3. Automate fulfillment with Shopify, Shopify Flow and other integrations

   • 
     

   • Trigger fulfillment rules based on tag (e.g. send orders with Ship-2025-08-08 to 3PL)

   • Enable Flare's hold and release to automatically release orders at the future ship date

   • Connect fulfillment directly with platforms and 3PLs like ShipStation, Utordo, ShipTheory, DPD, UPS and FedEx
